Our program is designed as a nine-month session running September – June. Monthly tuition is divided into nine equal payments for lessons and will remain the same each month regardless of attendance, school closures, holidays, vacations, etc. Your September tuition and registration fee will be posted to your account by August 31st and will process during the first week of September. Tuition adjustments of refunds will not be made in the event of missed classes unless the class is canceled by Artistry Dance and no make up option is offered. We accept cash/check, Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover.
- Tuition is due the first class of each month and is considered delinquent if not received by the 10th of the month. A monthly late fee of $25 will be charged on delinquent accounts. We know life can get crazy busy and suggest signing up for auto-pay by simply adding your credit card to your account so that you don’t have to worry about it. On that note, if you currently have a credit card listed in your account and you DO NOT want to use auto-pay, please remove the credit card immediately or contact ADC to have it removed. Again – credit card on file = auto-pay, no credit card on file = no auto-pay.
- Students will not be admitted into class unless tuition payments are current. In the event of temporary financial difficulties payment arrangements may be worked out with the studio prior to the payment deadline.
- Tuition is due regardless of attendance. There are NO REFUNDS for classes missed. Classes missed due to an excused absence, illness or injury can be made up. In the rare instance that a class is canceled due to teacher absence it will be made up at a time determined by ADC.
Additional Fees
- All classes, with the exception of Acro and Conditioning, are performance classes requiring costumes. Costume fees are $75 (child sizes) and $85 (adult sizes and 2 in 1) per costume.
- A registration fee of $20 per family will be applied at the time of class enrollment
- A recital fee of $60 (mid-winter) and $100 (spring) will be due approximately one month prior to each recital
